DIAGNOSIS:- VELOIDS.

The child has developed veloids on the knee unilaterat. Therefore a surgery will be of helped followed by pressure garmet (pressure therapy) to be worn 23 ½ hours. This will hinder further growth and deformity all brings joint full range of motion.

Knee Surgery for Kasere Wanje

DIAGNOSIS:- CONTRACTURES.

BILATERAL KNEE:- This has hindered applying of callipers and independence in mobility on two’s with axilla crutches. After surgery a tricycle, axilla crutches, callipers with orthopaedic boots will be of benefit.
